Amy:  Executive Business and Life Coach

Amy has had a rough year.  She started it off breaking her knee into 3 pieces.  I won't go into the details of her injury as it made me a little queasy, but I will say it was traumatic.  After surgery and months of recovery she was notified her position had been eliminated.  For many people this would be overwhelming.  Not Amy.  Amy is using these events in her life to re-define her career.  She is excited about the next chapter of her life.

The moment Amy walked through the studio door I could tell she was a people person.  Her personality was extremely friendly and positive.  Talking about her career how she got there made her eyes light up.  She absolutely loves what she does.  She had total approachability.

Much of my expression coaching focuses on determining which balance of confidence and approachability we need to achieve to truly represent my client and their goals.  Amy was easy.  She tipped the scales at fun, approachable, and easy going.  Obviously, as an executive business development coach she needed a touch of confidence to give her position credibility, but as a life coach she needed to express warmth, compassion and nurturing.  She nailed it.

Best of luck, Amy, on your future goals and plans.  With your years of experience, amazing personality, and zest of working with people you are going to do amazing!
